Hotel next to bus station, with service shuttle bus from airport only 4 Euros. Good sized rooms, very clean and presentable. Nice to see little extras in bathroom, toiletries provided such as an emergency toothbrush. Happily kept our bags before check in time and also on day we left. Great location, close to main shopping and on edge of what would be described as historic part of town. Received great recommendation for a Steak restaurant, cheery helpful staff.

Excellent city centre location with easy walking to most of Santander’s visitor attractions and a huge selection of cafes and bars offering all types of food. Similarly well located for bus to/from airport with bus station only 5 mins walk. Staff are very welcoming and very helpful.

We love everything about this Hotel. Its our 6th stay in 3 years. The location is ideal for the Ferry, Railway Station, Cathedral, Waterfront, Culture, Car Rental, Supermaket, Bike trail, Camino route and shopping. Whilst it's central its also quiet and its a small hotel. The staff are amazing and go out of thier way to accomodate the guests. Breakfast is really good, always fresh and such a good choice. It was also so much better than a couple of Paradors we stayed in on this trip. The rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. We would not want to stay anywhere else in Santander.

This hotel was perfectly placed for the ferry to return to England, just across the road. Very good location too, as right by the sea front. Nice parks around to take our dog for a walk. The public parking was excellent, as just a 5 mintues walk from the hotel and easy to access. The extra payment of Euros30 for having our dog with us is a bit expensive, as we usually pay Euros10-15 with other hotels. Breakfast was excellent! We have booked this hotel again in October when we are back in Spain.

A perfect but brief stay in this lovely hotel conveniently situated for the central area of town but more particularly for the bus/train stations and ferry terminal. We had an early morning flight and had to catch the first airport shuttle bus literally across the road so this was ideal. Unfortunately, our early start meant we weren't able to sample the breakfast but I'm sure we'll come back here again so maybe next time. Oh, and the room was spotless, very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly!!

Landed at airport. Got bus to bus station. Hotel across the road from bus station and close to town centre. I was travelling to San Sebastian and Bilbao and back to Santander for flight home. I had a late flight home and was able to keep my room on until 6 p.m. (later if I had wanted) and it only cost me an extra 30 euro. Location of hotel was fantastic and they were very accommodating by letting me keep my room on. If I am back in the area I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to others.

Very good location, handy for the train station, bus station and the ferry port. Nice room with a view of the sea. Nice bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast to suit all nationalities. Friendly staff who helped us out when our ferry back to the UK was cancelled.

Location brilliant....300 metres from the Britanny ferry port close to restaurants and shops Very easy to find and park. Desk manager Nacho very friendly and extremely helpful. Providing advice on nearest good restaurants. Good size room with a great bathroom excellent shower, with small balcony with a reasonable view of the Bay..Air conditioning/heating that worked well.
